Introduction

Welcome to Panda Cleaning! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cleaning services and website, effective as of September 02, 2025. By booking a service or accessing our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Panda Cleaning provides residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning services in Calgary and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made online, by phone at (368) 997-0120, or via email at contact@pandacleaning.ca. Payment is due upon completion via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), debit cards, e-transfers, or PayPal. A 50% deposit may be required for large or custom jobs.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24 hours prior are free. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a 50% fee of the booked service cost. Rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to the property, ensure it is safe for our team, and remove valuables or hazardous items. We are not liable for damage to unsecured property.

Liability

Panda Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence, up to the value of the service fee.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
